Coat Check
Large bags or back packs must be stored during your visit. Umbrellas must be placed in the umbrella stand.
Toilets are located by the stable outside the gates and behind the café in the park.
Parking along the palace avenue (fee via credit card or app).
Baby carriages are not permitted in the palace.
Photographing and filming are allowed for private use – without flash/lights, tripods, selfie sticks or other fixed equipment – as long as it does not disturb other visitors, guided tours, or other activity at the palace. Photographing and filming with 360 camera or drone camera is not allowed. Commercial or other arranged photography or filming are not allowed.
For commercial use, permission in advance is needed from the Information Department at the Royal Court, at photo@royalcourt.se.
Ticket sales
Tickets are purchased at the palace entrance and the Orangery Museum.
Lift information at the palace
A lift is available. The lift is intended for maximum four people or a maximum weight of 250 kg. The width of the door opening of the lift is 81 cm, the depth of the elevator is 108 cm.
Steps/Ramps at the palace
There are two steps up to the palace entrance. A ramp is available. Up to the second floor there are 27 steps. A handrail is available.
Steps/Ramps at the orangery
The exhibition of sculptures is mostly on ground level. Some sculptures are on a six step floor, with no ramp.
Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilets are located by the stable outside the gates and behind the Café in the park.
Parking
Parking for the disabled is available by the stable outside the gates and behind the Orangery in the park.
Companions
Companions to visitors with disabilities have free admission.
